This policy sets out the refund and cancellation charges applicable across Housepital services. All rates referenced are per-day (rack) rates unless stated otherwise, and not the discounted package rate agreed with the patient.
1. ICU Set-Up

3. Caretaker Services

4. Visits

5. Equipment

| 33 | Security cheque (collected at booking; amount set per the specific equipment) | Where a refund is due, it is processed using the same security cheque provided. |
6. Cartage Charges

Please Note
- 1.All services begin with an advance payment. Where the patient has opted for COD, collect an online booking amount of Rs. 1,000–5,000 (depending on the service).
- 2.If the patient asks to meet the staff first and then cancels the service, the cancellation fee still applies.
- 3.If replacements are offered and the patient does not agree to them, the 7-day cancellation charges still apply.
