FAQs
Who prepares my diet plan?
A qualified dietitian reviews your health profile, reports and food habits, then writes a plan specific to you. It is not a generic template.
Do I have to eat special or expensive food?
No. Plans are built around normal Indian household meals so the rest of the family can eat much the same thing.
What if I have a medical condition?
Tell us at sign-up. Plans for diabetes, blood pressure, thyroid, kidney or post-surgery recovery are prepared with those conditions in mind.
How often will I speak to the dietitian?
Plans include regular check-ins, typically weekly, plus a monthly review where the plan is adjusted.
Can this work alongside home nursing?
Yes. If you already have a Housepital nurse or attendant, the diet plan is shared with them so meals follow the same plan.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You can switch plans or pause at any time — just tell your dietitian or call our care team.
