What patients say about their sessions
“I had been putting this off for two years. Six sessions in, I have practical tools for the panic instead of just waiting for it to pass.”

Aditya Rane
Stress & Anxiety Programme
“Being able to do it over video from my own room made all the difference. My therapist was patient and never rushed me.”

Neha Bhatt
4-Session Therapy Pack
“I booked it for my mother but ended up taking sessions myself. Caring for a parent is heavier than people admit, and it genuinely helped.”

FAQs
Is my session really confidential?
Yes. Sessions are one-to-one and private, and your records are stored securely. Nothing is shared with family or anyone else without your explicit consent.
Do I need a diagnosis or a referral to book?
No. You can book a session for anything that is weighing on you — stress, sleep, grief, work or family pressure. A diagnosis is not required.
Who will I be speaking to?
A licensed psychologist or trained counsellor. Their qualifications and area of focus are shown before you book, and you stay with the same person through a programme.
Can I have sessions at home instead of video?
Yes. Tell our care team when booking and we will arrange an in-person session where a professional is available in your city.
What if I need medication?
If your therapist feels a psychiatric assessment would help, they will explain why and help you arrange a consultation with a psychiatrist.
Can I change my therapist?
Yes, at any point and without having to justify it. Fit matters more than anything else in therapy — just tell our care team.
If you need urgent help
These sessions are not an emergency service. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger or having thoughts of self-harm, please call our 24/7 line on +91 9990 911 911, contact your nearest hospital, or reach the national mental health helpline Tele-MANAS on 14416.
You do not have to work through it alone.
